These are cool in theory (and I kind of want to work on them).

But they also seriously scare me.  Imagine terrorist getting the lethal ones and you just have millions of these tiny insects swarming the streets.

Digital weaponry in general kind of scares me.  The terrorists crack our codes and then can turn our predator UAV or anything back on us.
